Last Chance

The end of the 2018-2019 catalogue is drawing near, and with it, the chance to get some our well loved products.  Yesterday Stampin' Up! held a Lovely as a Tree retirement party.  All day, demonstrators from around the world got a chance to share, watch live videos, and say good-bye to the longest lasting stamp set that we have ever had.  It has been around for 18 years, and sold more than 200k sets worldwide in its life-span.

This was truly one of the first stamp sets I ever bought, more than 10 years ago now.  I had a hard time choosing a stamp set to invest my money in back then.  I looked at the cost of the sets, and wondered how much I would actually use them and if the cost was justified.  Lovely as a Tree appealed to me so much, so I decided to take that jump.  Well, now that so much time has passed, I can truly say that it was worth it.  It was a set that was easy to use and make beautiful cards with.  I could make cards for men, women and even children, and now I am even using it for beautiful home decor pieces as well.  It truly is one of the most versatile sets that I have.
I know that stamping can seem daunting.  It truly was to me.  I started for the first time more than 15 years ago, attending a workshop at my husband's school on a Saturday, held by one of the teachers.  She made it look easy, and I was amazed that I could make things so beautiful and found I had fun too.  Zoom to the present, and it is something that I go to when I am feeling blue, when I want to be creative, or when I just want some me time.  My projects have become more complex as I have become more confident, and the internet and particularly Facebook and Pinterest have made it so easy to find wonderful cards to use as a starting point for inspiration.  Take a look at the Last Chance products now!
