Another school year ends...

The end of the school year is drawing to a close, and with it a period of time that has been hard, is ALWAYS hard for me. I have put everything that I have into my day job lately, and that has left little to nothing for me to be able to put any energy into my crafting.

For me, crafting is not only a hobby, but it gives me time to find my peace. I can immerse myself in colours and papers and stamps, and forget about the stresses, the work, the worries, the timelines and deadlines. Over the last month and half, ever since I got back to work after the closure of our school due to the wildfires, I have been busy trying to do year end testing, data collection, report cards, etc. At a time when I needed to be crafting most, I just couldn't.

I hope that you are able to find the thing that gives you that respite from regular life, that break from all of the things that you need a break from. If you would like to try paper crafting out but need a hand, advice or anything, please reach out to me. I can help.
